ADULT GYMNASTICS (WEDNESDAY)

Service Description

This class will focus on building on your current gymnastics skills, correcting bad habits that you've developed, and trying out new skills and events with a group of highly motivated, passionate, and entertaining individuals. Class Structure - Warm Up/Stretch - Basics (Handstands, Cartwheels, etc.) - Power Tumbling on Tumble Trak - Spring Floor Break off into event of your choice (Beam, Bars, Vault, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

Students should arrive 10 minutes early to ensure everyone is ready, payment can be made, and the group lesson can start on time.
